Once an order is placed, shipping of the order will generally take place within 1-2 business days. An email will be sent once shipping of the order has occurred. If a food item is ordered that is currently out of stock, an email will be sent with an estimated shipping time, which is dependent on getting into the kitchen to make the item. Some items (like jams), take 24 hours once prepared to be ready for shipping.
Our Multi Gen Home utilizes a Print-on-Demand partner for some of the products (namely mugs, clothing, and other like items). Once an order is placed for one of these items, it is sent to the Partner for printing and shipping. Shipping times vary based on product, but an email will be sent with shipping information once it’s updated to Our Multi Gen Home. On average, shipping occurs within 2-7 business days from the production partner.
